Direct from Dublin, this Irish Whiskey was part of a limited run to celebrate the rebirth and next chapter in Irish Whiskey's new golden era.  Initially matured in ex-Bourbon casks and finished for 18 months in Australian Shiraz casks. This 18-year old Irish whiskey has a generous scoop of ripe fruit notes, along with a dusting of vibrant spices. The nose is sun-dried raising, cherry Bakewells, cinnamon sticks and rounded malt.
